Sovereign Womban is a year-long, cyclical exploration of radical female health, spiritual sovereignty, and nervous system re-patterning to walk in you fullest power.

The logistics:

Sovereign womban is not a course

It is not sequential

It is designed for you to move at the pace of your body.

Held by Qiddist and Maura, we gather live on the new, full and waning moon for spirit medicine, nervous system work, hands-on practice, embodiment work, and connection.

This is the juice of the container — where you get to experience the medicine of witnessing and being witnessed.

As you wind through the months, there are hundreds of self-guided resources (videos, recordings, calls, written resources) to support your path.

From learning plant medicine for contraception, to the foundations of nourishment for the female body, to how to work through your triggers, and resource healing your cervix, metabolism, and inner child.

Call Times:

Due to having members across the globe, we vary call times each month so that everyone has a chance to make some live calls. Do not let call times deter you from following your Yes — everything is recorded and uploaded to the portal

Accessing the Space:

Sovereign Womban is hosted on The Womb Room private membership network, which can be accessed via a web browser, or on mighty networks app on your phone. Live calls are accessed directly within the app or browser, and held via zoom.

Lineage:

Qiddist and Maura draw on a number of lineages and teachings, including but not limited to both Western and Traditional Chinese Medicine herbalism, conscious leadership, Taoism and an orientation of yin/yang, Emergent Strategy, Metabolic Health, Kemetic Yoga, and much more. We are grateful for our numerous teachers, some of whom include Rachelle Garcia Seliga, Perri Chase, adrienne maree brown, Guru Jagat, Moira Scullian, John Wineland, Peter Moy, Martin Beaudoin, SistaShamon Maria, Zen Shiatsu Chicago, and many more. The commitment:

There is no coercion or convincing here — we want you with us if you are a full YES. When you join, you will have a week to move through orientation and feel if the space is right for you. Beyond the seven day trial, we ask that you commit to a minimum of one year in the space, to allow for the magic to unfold in your life at the pace of your body. Sex vs. Gender 

The Womb Room orients to the difference between sex, which is rooted in our biology, and gender, which is a socially constructed set of roles, norms and expression. The Womb Room is centered on physical and energetic experience of the female body. We honor that this includes a wide variety of expressions, presentations and orientations, and in this space we critique the systems, including gender, that have influenced our experiences. We value the words "woman" and "mother". If you are in a female body and hold different definitions of womanhood or gender and are open to respectful conversations and self-responsible explorations of sex and gender, we'd love to have you.
